Nasr Kemicha is an attorney at the Supreme Court with over twenty years of experience advising and representing corporations and leading companies from around the world. His practice encompasses all sectors of business law. From general corporate practices that cover all aspects of business and commercial law to expertise in complex transactions.

In the field of arbitration, Nasr has acted as counsel in more than 18 arbitration cases under the rules of major arbitral institutions (ICC, SIAC, SCAI, LCIA). These include complex arbitrations arising out of cross-border business, construction projects, oil and gas contracts, acquisitions, joint venture, and commercial agreements.

Nasr Kemicha is also specialized in competition law and hospitality law. Nasr is also well-versed in white-collar and anti-money laundering cases, representing clients during investigations and trials.

He was appointed as a legal expert before the British High Court of Justice.
